Setting up AI Scribe for the first time
In order to activate and use the AI Scribe, you will need a license key. Your 32-character license key (e.g. XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX) will be sent to you after signing up in your welcome email.

Your license key will be shown in GREEN in your welcome email.
If you do not have a license key:
But you have signed up already - contact Support for assistance
You have not signed up yet - sign up for a demo today to get started
To activate the AI Scribe:
Open your welcome email and copy the license key
Navigate to https://scribe.bola.ai/ to input your license key in the
License KeyfieldOnce your full 32-digit key has been entered, click
ActivateRead and check the checkbox to agree to the Terms of Use
Click
ContinuePick a note template and start transcribing notes!
Important note:
The AI Scribe will need to be activated on each computer's browser. This is a one-time setup but if you use different computers or browsers regularly, you should set it up on them as well.
