Do Credits Expire?
Credits don't expire as long as your subscription stays active. Any unused credits remain in your account and carry into your next billing cycle when your subscription renews.
However, credits do expire if you cancel your subscription and let it lapse. When a canceled subscription reaches the end of its billing period and expires, the associated credits expire with it. This means you can't let a subscription expire, leave it dormant for months, renew later, and then use your old credits, once the subscription has expired, those credits are gone.
To be clear about when this does and doesn't happen:
If your subscription is active and renewing, your credits stay available and roll into each new cycle.
If you cancel and let the subscription expire, any unused credits expire at the end of that billing period.
For example, if you use Auto Apply for three months, then cancel and let the subscription expire, and renew it three months later, the credits from your original subscription will already have expired. They won't be restored on renewal.
Please also note that credits are tied to your individual account and can't be transferred to or shared with another account.
Conditions for Using Credits
You can only use your credits while you have an active subscription. If your subscription lapses, credits expire at the end of the billing period, and renewing later will not bring back the expired credits, a new subscription provides a fresh credit allowance instead.
