Q: Why don't my GPTs appear when I switch from my Personal account to the Team workspace?
OpenAI keeps the settings for Personal accounts and Team workspace accounts separate. When you switch to the Team workspace account, it doesn't show all of your recently used GPTs from your Personal account.
To regain access to our GPTs, you can visit https://www.aidocmaker.com/g1/file, and then click on the "ChatGPT" tab on the left-hand side to view our GPTs.
Q: How do I delete data from my account?
To delete all the data associated with your account (including documents, presentations, spreadsheets, and voiceovers), go to the Settings page and scroll down to the bottom, and click on the "Delete Files" button. This will permanently delete all files linked to your account. Please note that this operation is not reversible.
If you wish to delete all your data, including your account, click the "Delete Account" button instead. This will permanently delete all your data, as well as your account on our platform.
