Updated over a week ago

STEP 1: Once you have placed your AIM order, you will find a task for the property website on the right hand side of your listings Campaign Dashboard. Click on Edit Content to start creating the property website.

STEP 2: Fill out the property website form.

  • If you have selected the Custom URL option at order stage, type in your preferred .com URL such as www.23georgestreetnewtown.com. Click on Check Availability to ensure the URL is not yet taken. It is also extremely important that you check the spelling on the URL before sending the website live.

Note: If you have not selected the Custom URL option, the field below will not appear on the property website form and the system will generate a generate a generic URL starting with propertyshowcase.com

  • Check & amend property details such as bed, bath, car, sale method, etc. A lot of details might have already pulled through from the listing itself.

  • If photos or floorplans have not pulled through from the listing, you can manually upload them via the Upload Photos button. The selection of photos and floor plans that you want to display on the website can be chosen by clicking on the images once. The numbers determine the order of appearance on the website.

Note: While the first 3 photos you have selected will be the photos that the AIM ads will use to generate artwork; you will be able to change the photos on the artwork later on if you wish to highlight other photos as your first ones on the website.

  • Click on New OFI to add open times. You can add multiple OFI's. These will then automatically drop off from the property website once the dates have passed.

STEP 3: Click on Save Changes (to save fields & selection) or Save & Send Live if you are ready to create the website and register the URL (if you selected custom URL at ordering). Your AIM ads will only generate once your website is LIVE.

Note: You can now view your website via the View button in the Digital section of the Campaign Dashboard or Portal Exports.
