I got the artwork approval email but can't see the task in Campaigntrack

This article describes two potential reasons for this scenario.

Updated over a year ago

It's usually one of the two reasons:

A) The task was already approved by someone else from your office. Go to the listing's Campaign Overview to check the status of the digital order

B) The order was cancelled in the meantime. In this case, you would not find the order under the Campaign Overview section at all.
