This article describes how to upload your client database as a CSV file to the Campaigntrack system

Updated over a week ago

Read here why uploading your own database may benefit your retargeting effect on Facebook.

Uploading a database of people who recently attended your Open Homes, allows the AIM campaigns to target these users as well as create lookalike audiences on Meta, or people similar to your audience. Our data has shown that consistently ordering and targeting your database with Meta ads, results in more enquiries overall and a better result for your vendor.

HOW DOES IT WORK? Upload a CSV file to our system with your database records. It's beneficial to provide both email address AND mobile number n the CSV file to find a match with a Meta account. Meta requires at least 100 matches, so aim to upload no less than approx. 250 or more.

This will connect to your office Facebook page ONLY and shared or used in any other way.

NOTE: to upload a database CSV file to Campaigntrack you must be an admin user

STEP 2: From the Social & Digital Marketing Settings screen, go to the Company Settings tab
