Updated over a week ago

STEP 1: From Facebook Home Page, click Meta Business Suite.

STEP 2: Make sure to select your Business Manager account on the dropdown menu.

STEP 3: At the bottom click on Settings.

STEP 4: You will be directed to the below screen. Click Requests.
Then click Go to Business settings.

STEP 5: On Business Settings from your left sidebar click Requests.

STEP 6: Click on the Received tab. You should see businesses that have requested access to your Page here. You should also see information about the user who has requested access and the business they belong to.

STEP 7: Click Approve.

Note: Please let the team know once you've granted access so your onboarding can progress as quick as possible.

You may encounter difficulties granting the permission. Alternatively, you may use the below guide from Facebook with detailed instructions on how you can give us access instead of us requesting the access from you. To do this, you will need our Partner Business ID which is: 1474884335863842

Note: Should you have an Instagram page connected to your Facebook page, kindly follow the steps below to add Campaigntrack as a Partner.

  1. From your Facebook Business Manager, navigate to the β€œPartners” tab under the β€œUsers” section.

  2. Click Add > Give a partner access to your assets.

  3. Enter your partner's business ID. (Campaigntrack: 1474884335863842)

  4. Under Select Asset Type, go to Instagram accounts. Select assets, then assign permissions > Save Changes.
