How to reset your password in Campaigntrack

Forgot your password?

STEP 1: From the Campaigntrack login page click the Forgot your password? button

STEP2: You will be directed to the below page allowing you to enter your Username.

STEP 3: Once entered, click on the Reset Password button and the below confirmation page will appear.

STEP 4: You will receive the below email containing a link to reset your password.

NOTE: The link expires within 24 hours. If you’re unable to reset your password within the said time frame, you will need to send a new request and refer to Step 1.

STEP 5: Click Reset my password, you will be directed to the Update Password page allowing you to enter your new password.

Note: Passwords are now case sensitive to be more secured.

STEP 6: Click the Reset Password button and you will be directed to a confirmation page.

STEP 7: Click Go Back to Sign In for you to be directed to the login page for you to use your new password.

Simply want to change your password?

NOTE: You need to be logged into your Campaigntrack account. If you have forgotten your password, use above steps instead.

STEP 1: Click on the button right beside the cog icon (it usually shows your initials) then navigate to Reset Password.

STEP 2: You will be directed to the Reset Password page. Click on the Reset Password button.
