STEP 1: In Realhub click on Agency Admin and further onto Agents & Users
STEP 2: Click the green Create User button to add an agent profile to the system.
STEP 3: Select from the role drop-down if the user is an agent or office admin; fill out all other fields and once done the Create button on the bottom will turn green. Click on it.
STEP 4: For agent profiles ensure you upload a photo as this will be used on some of the digital banner artwork (especially Sold products). Once uploaded scroll down and hit Save Details.
Note: if you have troubles with the photo cropping within the digital ads, you can try to crop the photo based on this guide. If you are not successful, kindly get in touch with our team (support@aimdigital.io) and ask them to help you resize.
