Once an order is placed and confirmed, it is final, the price was locked in immediately and we entered into a corresponding hedge in the market to secure the metal at that rate. This is done to protect both you and us from price movements once the order is confirmed.
Because the hedge is executed straight away, cancelling the order after confirmation would require us to unwind that position at the current market price, which can result in a cost being incurred.
Once you receive an invoice from us, please proceed with the payment as agreed.
A change of mind is not accepted.
