Yes. You can authorise a third party to collect your order in-store on your behalf, subject to strict conditions.
How to authorise a third-party collection
Email us from the same email address used on your order.
Include:
The invoice number(s) you are authorising for pickup.
The authorised person’s full legal name (as shown on their photo ID).
Wait for our confirmation email that:
the authorisation has been recorded, and
the named person is approved to collect.
When the authorised person collects
The authorised person must:
Arrive in-store, and
Present:
their photo ID, and
the relevant invoice number(s) or order details.
We will:
Verify that:
their name and ID match the authorisation you provided, and
all other security checks are satisfied.
Only then will we release the order.
Important notes
We strictly follow these checks and will only release the order to the authorised person.
We will decline release if:
details do not match, or
security checks fail.
If your order is $5,000 or more, you (the person on the order) are required to complete online ID verification, even if a third party is collecting.
Third-party collection does not remove our ID/KYC obligations; it simply allows someone else to physically collect your order once requirements are met.
