Can I return or exchange a product?

Explains when products can be exchanged, what conditions apply, and how to submit a request.

We offer exchanges only for specific cases (see below). Change of mind and typical bullion characteristics aren’t eligible.

Eligible for exchange

  • Wrong item received due to our error.

  • Manufacturing defects on new coins or minted bars (e.g., significant blemish, strike error).

  • Cracked capsules during transit

Not eligible for exchange

  • Blemishes on buyback / second-hand items.

  • Natural bullion characteristics, including:

    • Light tarnish on silver.

    • Normal casting marks or variations on cast bars.

    • Pour lines

  • Unreasonably high cosmetic expectations (beyond standard mint tolerances).

  • Change of mind.

Conditions

  • Report issues promptly after delivery (within 24 hours)

  • Item must be untampered, in original packaging (in capsules or assay cards) where applicable.

How to request an exchange

  1. Email us with the relevant invoice number, photos, and a brief description.

  2. We assess and confirm next steps.

  3. If approved, return the item as instructed, we cover return shipping for our errors.

  4. We send a replacement or an agreed alternative.
