Can I change my delivery or pickup method after ordering?

In some cases, we can change the delivery or pickup method, provided the items are still with us and have not yet been dispatched.

When changes may be possible

We may be able to:

  • Switch between in-store collection, street delivery or vault delivery, or

  • Switch the collection branch, where permitted by stock and logistics.

All changes depend on:

  • Where your order currently is in our process, and

  • Stock availability at the requested branch.

When changes are not possible

Once your order has been dispatched, we cannot change:

  • the delivery method,

  • the delivery address

What to do

If you wish to change your delivery or pickup:

  1. Contact us as soon as possible with your order details.

  2. We’ll confirm:

    • whether a change is possible, and

    • any fees, delays, or additional conditions that may apply.
