Can I change my delivery or pickup method after ordering?

In some cases, we can change the delivery or pickup method, provided the items are still with us and have not yet been dispatched. An Order Amendment Fee applies.

When changes may be possible

We may be able to:

  • Switch between in-store collection, street delivery or vault delivery, or

  • Switch the collection branch, where permitted by stock and logistics. Please note that switching from in-store pickup to street delivery will incur additional shipping costs, which will be quoted at the time of your request.

All changes depend on:

  • Where your order currently is in our process, and

  • Stock availability at the requested branch.

When changes are not possible

Once your order has been dispatched, we’re unfortunately unable to recall or redirect it.

What to do

If you wish to change your delivery or pickup:

  1. Contact us as soon as possible with your order details.

  2. We’ll confirm:

  • whether a change is possible, and

  • any fees, delays, or additional conditions that may apply. If the change involves additional costs, such as shipping fees, you’ll need to approve the quoted amount and finalise the change by paying the associated invoice.
