What does “Delayed delivery” mean on a product?

When an item is marked as “Delayed delivery”, it means the product is not available for immediate dispatch or collection.

You can still place an order and lock your price at the time of submission.

What happens with a delayed delivery item

  • Your order is queued for fulfillment.

  • We dispatch or prepare your order for collection when:

    • stock arrives from our supplier, or

    • an internal transfer of stock is completed.

Important notes

  • Standard payment terms still apply: you must submit payment within 24 hours of receiving your invoice, even if delivery will be later.

  • If you need bullion immediately, choose in-stock alternatives instead of delayed delivery items.

  • You’ll receive an email notification once your order is ready for collection or has been dispatched.

  • To prevent double fulfilment, our strict internal policy does not allow partial fulfilment or dispatch of orders.
