“Melbourne only” – available exclusively to customers in Victoria (collected or delivered from Melbourne).
"Gold Coast only" – available exclusively to customers in Gold Coast (collected)
“Brisbane only” – available only to customers in other states (collected or delivered from Brisbane).
Why location restrictions exist
Moving bullion between showrooms:
adds security, insurance, and freight costs, and
would increase the product’s premium if passed on.
To keep pricing competitive, we prioritise selling locally when stock is tight.
Larger volumes and exceptions
For larger volume orders, we may:
approve a transfer between branches, where the economics still work.
apply transfer fees to cover additional costs.
