Some limited-release products show an “Order limit per person”.

Why limits exist

Order limits are used to:

  • ensure fairness, and

  • give more customers the opportunity to secure a limited product,
rather than a small number of customers purchasing all available stock.

How it works

  • The limit applies per customer.

  • Orders that exceed the published limit may:

    • be reduced to the limit, or

    • have excess units cancelled, at our discretion.

If you are unsure how a particular limit applies, contact us before placing a large order.
