Clearing times depend on:
Your bank,
Whether you have paid us before, and
Whether you’re using PayID or standard BSB & Account.
Typical behaviour
First-time payments to a new payee may be held by your bank for additional checks.
Once you’ve paid us before, subsequent transfers often clear faster, sometimes instantly (bank-dependent).
We apply payments to invoices in the early morning, and send confirmation emails after allocation.
Important notes
The 24-hour payment term is based on when you submit the transfer, not when it clears into our account.
For time-sensitive pickup or delivery, contact us to confirm funds have cleared before coming in or making arrangements.
