How do I pay by card in-store?

What you’ll need

  • Your debit or credit card.

  • Photo ID that matches card and transaction.

  • Awareness of your bank’s card limits and our card surcharge.

  • Payments must be made within 24 hours of receiving the invoice.

Fees & limits

  • A 1.2% surcharge applies to card payments.

  • Our daily card spend limit is $10,000 per customer (Including surcharge).

  • One card per customer.

Types of card we accept

  • Overseas Visa and Mastercard cards

  • Debit & Credit Visa or Mastercard cards only

Types of card we don't accept

  • American Express (AMEX) or UnionPay cards

  • Prepaid gift cards or other stored-value cards

Steps to pay with card

  1. Present your photo ID so we can confirm the cardholder name matches the customer name.

  2. Insert your card into the terminal (no contactless tap or manual keying).

  3. Enter your PIN (2 attempts allowed only)

  4. Once approved, sign the merchant copy of the receipt.

  5. We issue a customer copy of the receipt for your records.

Important notes

  • Card payments clear instantly.

  • You can usually collect your order in the same visit once ID and product availability checks are complete.

  • The cardholder name must match the transaction/customer name.

  • Be aware of your bank’s daily card limits; adjust them before placing an order if needed.

  • Payments are only accepted during regular showroom hours.

  • Payments must be made within 24 hours after receiving the invoice.

  • We do not accept card payments over the phone.

  • We do not accept card payments on the website.
