How do I get paid?
We offer:
Bank transfer to your nominated Australian bank account, or
Cash for in-store buybacks.
When do I get paid?
Once we have bought back your item, we process payment on the same day.
Notes
Though payment is processed the same business day, funds may not arrive until the next business day, especially for first-time transfers.
If opting for bank transfers, we need to sight your bank statement headers showing your name and account details to confirm your identity.
If selling by post, we will call you to verbally confirm your bank details before making bank transfer to your account.
You may use the proceeds to fund another bullion purchase, such as a different bar/coin, known as a swap, see Bullion Swap. Any difference in value is either topped up by you or refunded.
