Invoices from August 2018 onwards:
We can search using the customer name or transaction number.Invoices prior to August 2018:
Due to system limitations, we can search by transaction number only.
Where to check before requesting a search
We provide copies of all documents at the time of transaction:
In-store purchases: a hard copy is provided.
Online orders: an emailed copy is sent to your registered email address.
Please check the following before requesting a search:
Your email inbox: invoices are emailed for all online orders.
Your bank statement: the invoice number is typically used as the payment reference.
