If you post items that turn out to be ineligible, return shipping is at your cost, or you can collect them from us in person.
You may contact us with photos and visual details before visiting or posting if you're unsure.
For items that need off-site testing, we take the item, give you a receipt, and confirm pricing and payment once purity is confirmed. You won't be paid on the spot, as pricing depends on the test result.
Off-site testing may take up to 3 weeks.
