When your order is available for collection, we'll hold it free of charge for 30 days.
What happens after 30 days?
Secure bullion storage and insurance represent a significant ongoing cost to our business. If your order is not collected within 30 days, a holding fee will apply at the following rates:
Gold and Platinum: $10 per ounce, per week
Silver: $10 per kilogram, per week
Fees are calculated from the expiration of the initial 30-day holding period and must be settled before your order can be released.
How will I be notified?
You'll receive an email when your order is ready for collection. From that point, you have 30 days to collect free of charge. If your order exceeds the 30-day collection window, we'll send you a reminder email, with a further follow-up if the order remains uncollected after an additional week.
What should I do if I need more time?
If you're unable to collect within 30 days, please contact us as soon as possible to let us know your expected collection date. We're happy to work with you.
If in-store collection isn't feasible, we can discuss alternative arrangements including delivery or allocated ongoing storage.
