How to redeem your allocated storage holdings
Email us with your redeem instruction from the email address associated with your storage account, and include:
the item(s) and quantity you want to redeem
the bank account details you'd like us to refund the unused storage fee to
Please note: allocated storage has a minimum of $10,000 per instruction.
Notice period
Please allow 2 business days for us to process redemptions and prepare your bullion, as bullion may be stored in another secure storage location.
Delivery options
You can choose to collect in person or arrange delivery. Shipping costs apply for delivery. Please specify your preferred option in your redemption request email.
What you will receive
Unlike unallocated storage, allocated storage means you will receive the specific bullion items held under your storage account.
Gold Coast redemption fee
If redeeming at our Gold Coast showroom, a flat delivery fee of $350 + GST applies for shipments under $1 million in value and under 200kg also applies. For amounts exceeding these thresholds, delivery pricing will be quoted separately.
