How to redeem your unallocated holdings
Email us with your redeem instruction from the email address associated with your storage account, and include:
the metal(s) and weight you want to redeem
Please note: unallocated storage has a minimum of $5,000 per instruction.
Notice period
Please allow 2 business days for us to process redemptions and prepare your bullion, as bullion may be stored in another secure storage location.
Delivery options
You can choose to collect in person or arrange delivery. Shipping costs apply for delivery. Please specify your preferred option in your redemption request email.
What you will receive
By default, you will receive bars of our choice at no charge. We generally use the largest available bar sizes and do not guarantee a specific brand.
However, you may request for specific bars we sell for a barring fee:
1kg Ainslie silver bullion: $35 per kilogram
1oz Ainslie gold bullion: $15 per ounce
Other bars of your choice: Enquire for pricing.
We aim to facilitate these redemptions as quickly as possible. In some cases, repouring may be required, which can take up to 3 weeks, depending on the redemption size.
