How to sell your allocated storage holdings
Email us with your sell instruction from the email address associated with your storage account, and include:
the item(s) and quantity you want to sell
the bank account details you'd like us to pay to
Please note: allocated storage has a minimum of $10,000 per instruction.
What happens next
We confirm your instruction and lock in your sell price as per our buyback rate at the time of processing.
We call you to verbally confirm your bank account details.
Once confirmed, we pay out to your nominated bank account by close of business.
