What is happening to my storage account?
Your storage account agreement is being transferred from Encum Pty Ltd ACN 010 204 645 as trustee for the Encum Trust to Ainslie Bullion Pty Ltd ACN 687 590 156, effective 31 August 2026. This is an internal restructure only.
Why is this happening?
As part of an internal business restructure, Ainslie is consolidating operations under a new entity (Ainslie Bullion Pty Ltd). The people, ownership, and shareholdings remain identical. Nothing practically changes with the service provided to you.
Who owns Ainslie Bullion Pty Ltd?
Ainslie Bullion Pty Ltd ACN 687 590 156 has the same ownership and shareholdings as Encum Pty Ltd ACN 010 204 645 as trustee for the Encum Trust. The same people behind the business today will be behind it tomorrow.
Does anything change with my storage account terms?
No. Your storage account terms carry across exactly as they are. Ainslie Bullion Pty Ltd will assume all of Encum Pty Ltd's rights and obligations under your existing storage account agreement.
Will my bullion be moved?
No. Your bullion remains in the same vault, allocated to your account in the same way. Nothing moves.
Do I need to do anything with my storage portal or login?
No. There are no changes to your use of the platform — no new passwords, no action needed by you. The only change is that the platform will now be operated by Ainslie Bullion Pty Ltd instead of Encum Pty Ltd.
What happens to my Terms of Trade?
Your existing Terms of Trade remain the same but is now held by Ainslie Bullion Pty Ltd ACN 687 590 156 instead of Encum Pty Ltd ACN 010 204 645 as trustee for the Encum Trust.
