AireXpert 101: your quick start guide

AireXpert is your company's home for everyone and everything related to maintenance—a better way to access the network that helps Airline Maintenance Operations do more.

Navigation Panel


On the left side of your screen you can find the navigation panel, where you can access each of the main pages of AireXpert.

The AireXpert Event and Event Cards


AireXpert Events are fundamental to working in AireXpert — they bring the right people, information, and tools together in one place, and make it possible to organize work around aircraft maintenance.


AireXpert Events are displayed as Event Cards and use the aircrafts tail number, location, and discrepancy to organize work in a central location.

You can click an Event Card to access it's corresponding Event Hub.

Event Hubs


Event Hubs are where the action happens. You have a variety of tools available from the Event Hub to help you communicate and work through maintenance events with your crew.

1. Message Field


You have a variety of options available from the message field in AireXpert to help you communicate and work with your crew.

2. File Sharing


You can easily share file's relevant to specific maintenance events. Files will be added as updates to the Event Timeline.

3. The Event Timeline


Like a facebook feed, The Event Timeline organizes event updates in chronological order.
