General

All pages are optimized for use on a PC, but they can also be accessed and operated from smartphones and other devices. For pages with a large amount of content, we recommend using a PC or other device with a larger screen.

The main menu is displayed on the left side of the screen, but you can hide it to maximize the workspace on the right side.

[ Admin Console ] Screen Structure

The Admin Console is used for administrative operations such as adding and configuring channels, IoT locks, payment accounts, and automated messages. It is primarily used by administrators during the initial setup.

From [Property List], you can configure settings for each individual property. Other menus, such as [Auto Messages (Common)] and [Channels], are used to configure settings that apply across all properties.

How to Open the Admin Console

Method 1: Hover your cursor over the account name at the bottom left of the Dashboard screen, then click “Admin Console” from the pop-up menu.

Method 2: Click the property name at the top left of the Dashboard screen, then click the gear icon for the corresponding property.

[ Dashboard ] Screen Structure

The dashboard provides menus necessary for daily operations, including check-in management, sending and receiving messages, and reviewing POS orders.
