Overview
The Promotion Banner is a feature that allows you to prominently display important information or services on the guest-facing page.
It has higher visibility than the custom menu. When guests click the banner image, they can be redirected to one of the following:
POS Service
POS Menu
PDF File
URL
This feature is ideal for highlighting key information, such as:
Pre-check-in guidance
Selling in-house services
Important notices and reminders
For example, you can promote specific services even before the trip, such as:
Restaurant set menu
Tour bookings
Room upgrades

How to Access
Go to: [Admin Console] > [Property List] > Select Property > [Check-in Settings] > [Common Settings] > [Promotion Banner]
How to Configure
Click [Set the Promotion Banner] to proceed to the settings page.
1. Configure the Appearance Layout

Here, you can choose the display layout from “Horizontal” or “Vertical.”
Layout | Display |
Horizontal (default setting) |  If there are multiple banners, they will automatically slide horizontally at set intervals. |
Portrait orientation |  You can set the “Maximum Display Count (1–10)”.
If there are multiple banners, they will be displayed vertically up to the number you set. If the total number of registered banners exceeds the maximum display count, a “View More” button will appear.

2. Add a new banner
Click Add new banner .
Upload a banner image (png/jpg/jpeg format).
The recommended size is 1170 x 428 px.
3. Set the banner type and item
Select the banner type (POS Service/POS Menu/PDF/URL) .
Next, configure the item (content) that will be displayed when the banner is clicked.

Enter a name and upload the PDF that will open when the banner is clicked.
You can configure the PDF for each language: English / Japanese / Simplified Chinese / Traditional Chinese / Korean.  | |
URL | Enter a name and input the URL that the banner will link to when clicked.
You can configure the URL for each language: English / Japanese / Simplified Chinese / Traditional Chinese / Korean.  |
4. Set the display destination
Select the devices on which you want to display the banner (multiple selections possible).
Tablet: Check-in tablet
Web: Web browser (guest page)

5. Set the display period
Select and set the Visible Date (display period) for the banner to be displayed .
Always: Always displayed
Date Range: Select a period
