[Pricing Management] Bulk Import and Export Pricing (Premium Feature)

Overview:

This section explains the "Import & Export" → "Import Price" menu on the dashboard. This feature allows you to download a template file (.xlsx format), input daily rates for each rate plan using Excel, and then perform a bulk import to update the rates.

This feature allows you to download a template file (in .xlsx format), input daily rates for each rate plan using Excel or similar software, and then import the file in bulk to update the rates all at once.

⚠️To use this feature, a subscription to "AirHost HMS ONE (Pro Plan or higher)" is required.

How to Import Rates

1) Download the template file

First, download the template file for entering your rates.

1-1. Click [ Download pricing].

1-2. Select the property for to download the template file.

At the top left of the dashboard, there is a property selection box.

◆ When “All Properties” is selected:

You can choose to download the template file for “All Properties” or select a specific property.

◆ When a "specific property" is selected:

The template file will be downloaded for the selected property, and this cannot be changed.

1-3. Specify the date range to download.

💡The maximum date range you can specify is 2 years.

1-4. Specify the information to be included in the downloaded file.

◆ Export with current price :

Check this box if you want to include the current rates in the downloaded template file.
If unchecked, the rate fields in the template file will be left blank.

◆ Export inventory and occupancy rate :

Check this box if you want to include the current inventory and occupancy rate in the downloaded template file.


2) Open the downloaded template file and enter the price.

The downloaded template file contains a list of rate plans that can be configured.

Enter the price you want to set for each date in each rate plan. Blank dates will not be overwritten.

After editing the price, save the file.

⚠️ Rate plans that are linked to other rate plans or have pricing tiers enabled are not included.

3) Import Pricing

Now we will import the edited rates.

3-1. Click [ Import Pricing ].

3-2. Select the property and upload the file.

3-3. Confirm the price update.

You can check the import status from the import history.

When the status becomes [Completed], the import is complete.

Please verify that the rates have been updated by checking the [Price Calendar] or the [Price & Booking Calendar (Monthly)].
