If you currently have an order in progress, whether for Multi-Carrier or Same-Day Delivery service, we won’t be able to delete or close your account until everything has been finalized. This may take a few extra days.

When you reach out, please let the operator know that you'd like to close your account and provide the email address associated with it.
The process typically takes just a few minutes. Once completed, an operator will confirm the deletion via email, live chat, or SMS.
