Service Availability
Furniture deliveries are available for local Same-Day Delivery only in NYC, Miami, Boston, and over 100+ cities in the US, as long as the items fit in a regular-sized van.
We do not currently offer long-distance or interstate furniture shipping. For oversized furniture that cannot fit in a standard van, we recommend using another service provider.
Preparing Your Furniture for Delivery
To ensure a smooth process, please:
Measure your items to confirm they fit through doors, hallways, and elevators, and take photos of all items.
Protect your furniture with padding, bubble wrap, or moving blankets.
Placing Your Order
First, reach out to us via call, text, email, or live chat.
Provide the pickup address, drop-off address, desired pickup and delivery date, along with item descriptions, dimensions, and photos. Include any special instructions (e.g., stairs, narrow hallways, elevator use).
Let us know the size, weight, and quantity of each item so we can assign the right vehicle and team.
Once we receive your request, the Airpals team will review availability. If we can accommodate the delivery, we will send you a custom quote for the service.
Quotes are based on factors such as service time, distance, locations, item size, special requirements (e.g., a van or additional helpers), and other relevant details.
Important Limitations
We do not handle assembly or disassembly on-site.
Furniture must be ready to transport at the time of pickup.
Tracking & Support
Once your order is confirmed and submitted (the Airpals team will submit the order on our end, under your account), you can track it in real time through your Airpals dashboard.
