Start by accessing your dashboard at Airpals.co and logging in with your email.
Once you're in, use the navigation sidebar on the left side of the screen and click on Organization Settings.
On this page, scroll down until you find the Teams section, then click Create a New Team. Enter a team name—this can represent a department, location, or business unit—and assign one or more team managers who will oversee the team. Once everything is set, click Create Team.
After the team is created, it will appear in your teams list. To make any changes, click on Manage Team. From there, you can update the team name, review and manage members, edit roles, view pending invitations, and add new members as needed.
This helps keep your organization structured and ensures the right people have the right access.
