How to Add an External Shipment

Below is a step-by-step guide to help you add external shipments quickly and accurately.

Enter the Airpals dashboard.

Then, go to the Track Orders page from the sidebar. Click Create Shipment, then select Add External Shipment from the dropdown menu.

A panel will open on the right side.

Under Tracking Numbers, enter your tracking ID(s). If you have more than one, separate them with commas.

Click Add Shipments. The system will check your entries. If any tracking numbers have errors (like typos or missing digits), you’ll see a message showing which ones need to be fixed. You only need to re-enter the ones with errors.

Once all tracking numbers are successfully added, click Schedule Pickup to continue the schedule pickup flow or close the panel, and the tracking ids will already be added to the track orders page.

Note: Adding external shipments does not automatically schedule a pickup—it only adds them to the system.
