Step 1: Choose a Pickup Option
After adding your shipments, enter the pickup scheduling flow. You’ll see three options:
Schedule a pickup with FedEx (a driver comes to you)
Schedule an Airpals courier (a courier delivers shipments to the carrier)
I will drop it off at the carrier location (you deliver it yourself, no pickup scheduled)
Step 2: Select “Schedule a Pickup with FedEx”
Click this option to have a FedEx driver pick up your shipment. A form will appear with your team’s address and contact details already filled in.
Step 3: Choose the Service Type
Select one of the following:
FedEx Express for urgent shipments (overnight or 2-day)
FedEx Ground for less urgent, more cost-effective deliveries (1–5 business days)
Step 4: Enter Pickup Details
Fill in the required information:
Total weight of all shipments
Pickup date
Earliest and latest pickup times
Any special instructions for the driver
Step 5: Schedule the Pickup
Click Schedule once all details are complete.
Step 6: Track Your Shipment
After scheduling, you’ll be redirected to the Track Orders page, where you can monitor the status of your shipments.
