Track Your External Shipment Status

Once your shipment is scheduled, you can easily monitor its progress from the Track Orders page. Follow these simple steps to understand each status and stay updated on your shipment.

1. Go back to the Track Orders page
After scheduling, you’ll be automatically redirected here. This is where you can view all your shipments.

2. Find your shipment
Locate the order you just created to check its current status.

3. Understand the status updates
You may see one of the following:

  • Label Created: The label is created, but the carrier hasn’t received the package yet or a pickup hasn't been scheduled.

  • Pickup Scheduled: A pickup has been arranged with FedEx or an Airpals courier, but it hasn’t happened yet.

  • Dropoff Pending: You chose to drop it off youself , but the carrier hasn’t scanned it yet.

4. Keep checking for updates
The status will update as the shipment moves forward so you can stay informed at all times.
