Before you begin, check your current team in the sidebar (lower-left corner). If you belong to multiple teams, you can switch between them.
Team members can only add shipments to the team that is currently selected, so it’s important to choose the right one.
If you’re an organization user and need to see all orders, select “No team selected” in the team switcher.
