When adding tracking numbers, the system automatically validates each entry to ensure it’s correct and ready to be processed.
If any tracking IDs can’t be processed, you’ll see an error message highlighting the ones that failed. This usually happens due to small issues like typos, missing digits, or incorrect formatting.
To fix the issue, simply go back and re-enter the tracking numbers that failed. There’s no need to add the successful ones again—only update the entries that showed an error.
