Dispute Fees

Guide for customers when charges applied by Airpals are flagged for inconsistencies

If you believe a charge on your account is incorrect, we recommend contacting Airpals at info@airpals.co before initiating a dispute with your bank or credit card provider. Our team will be happy to review the charge and provide any necessary clarification.

Please note that if an order was:

  • Requested and approved by the customer;

  • Successfully completed by Airpals;

  • Delivered to the requested location; and

  • Supported by a valid Proof of Delivery (POD),

The charge remains valid and payable.

If a customer files a dispute for a completed order and the dispute is resolved in favor of the cardholder, resulting in the funds being withdrawn from Airpals, we reserve the right to re-bill the original amount, along with any dispute fees, or administrative costs incurred as a result of the dispute.

To avoid unnecessary fees and delays, we strongly encourage customers to contact our support team first so we can investigate and resolve any concerns regarding order charges or additional fees.
