You can submit orders through our NYC, Miami, and Boston platforms 24/7, so feel free to place an order anytime.
Our regular operating hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm EST. Customer support is available during those hours, and the last same-day order can be received before 6:00 pm.
If you need a pickup or delivery outside regular hours, no worries. Just let us know in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate, including evenings and weekends.
For deliveries in other U.S. cities, orders are handled through our Concierge Platform, which allows us to support requests beyond our core markets and outside standard hours whenever possible.

Holidays and special events
We’re happy to support deliveries outside regular hours for holidays and special events. During busy seasons, such as Christmas, we operate daily with extended hours to keep things moving.
