How can I track my order?

You can easily track the status of your order through your dashboard. Once logged in, head to the left-side menu and select Track Orders to view the latest status of your delivery.

After submitting your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the order details.


As your delivery gets closer, both the sender and the recipient will receive ETA notifications via SMS when the driver is about 10-15 minutes away. To keep communication smooth, please make sure to include mobile phone numbers when placing your order.

Once your delivery is completed, we’ll also send you a confirmation email to let you know everything is done.
