You can easily track the status of your order through our dashboard. On the left side tab, you will find Track Orders listed. Once you submit your order you will get a confirmation email with the order details.

Additionally, both the sender and recipient will receive ETA notifications via SMS once the driver is 10 minutes away from the location. To ensure smooth communication, please make sure to include mobile phone numbers when submitting your order.

We will also send you an email to let you know once your order is completed.
