Just a few details! You would need the complete pick-up and drop-off addresses, along with the company name, floor/apartment/suite number, and the recipient's and sender's name and phone number.
Don't forget to provide detailed information about the package or item you are shipping. The more information we have, the better service we can provide. (service entrance, mailroom, doorman, etc.)
Before placing your order, you will need to log into your Airpals account or create one on our platform (NYC - Miami). Once logged in, you can track your order's progress right from the dashboard.
