How can I submit an order?

To submit an order, please follow these steps:

  1. Add pick-up and drop-off addresses.

    Type the complete address, including the zip code. You can also add the apartment, suite, or unit number.

2. Click the option that works best for you.


- The "Today" option is for same-day orders.
- The "Schedule" option is for next-day orders or to schedule orders in advance.


3. Select your preferred pick-up time and delivery deadline.
If you need a different time than suggested, click the "From" and "To" fields to adjust them.

4. Add the number and size of items you will be shipping, as well as the value for the entire delivery.

To avoid extra fees, please be as precise as possible and provide a detailed description of the items along with pick-up and delivery instructions.


5. Add sender's and recipient's contact info.

Phone numbers of the contacts provided at both locations are required to ensure a smooth pick-up and delivery. Provide as many details and instructions as possible, no detail too small!

6. You can tip your pal (optional) and confirm your order.

Before checkout, first-time customers will need to validate their account using a phone number. You will receive a text message with a verification code, and once confirmed, your order will be processed.


Please note that each phone number can only be linked to one account. If you have multiple accounts and attempt to use a phone number that has already been registered, the system will not allow you to validate the new account.
