At Airpals we have a people-first approach. Driving full-time is a very stressful job. Drivers have to tolerate the tension caused by traffic, sounds, other drivers' road range, and double parking pressure. Driving is also an activity that comes with great responsibility and we take the well-being of pedestrians, cyclists, drivers, and other street users seriously.

We try our best to provide the most cost-effective solution to our customers, but sadly street parking in New York is very limited. Our drivers double park when does not represent a danger to pedestrians and cyclists and when the risk to get a ticket is low. Unfortunately, when we don't find optimal parking conditions at the pick-up or drop-off location we are forced to find private parking.
We try to avoid parking at all costs as it takes extra labor time to find parking, park, and walk back and forth from the location.

If you would like to avoid extra fees, we encourage you to notate on the pick-up and drop-off notes that they will be able to meet the driver at the curbside.

Please note that parking fees and tolls are subject to a transaction fee.
