What is a Certificate of Insurance (COI)?

A Certificate of Insurance (COI) is a document that proves insurance coverage. It outlines the types and limits of insurance held by the insured party.

Do you provide a COI?

We do not provide Certificates of Insurance for small orders due to the administrative processes and verification involved. However, we issue COI's for large van or box truck orders that are booked with prior notice.

How much prior notice is required to request a COI for a van or box truck order?

We require at least 5 days of prior notice to process and provide a Certificate of Insurance. This time frame allows us to ensure all details are correct and that the necessary documentation is in place.

For more information regarding van or box truck orders check our article on large orders and our Terms & Conditions
