Learn how product and Brand descriptions shape Ad generation and how to edit them for better results.

Our Automatic Ad generation uses brand and product descriptions as primary information sources. These descriptions directly influence the content of the Ads, including what the actors say, on-screen text, and overall Ad tone. You can now edit these descriptions yourself to shape future ad creation.

How Descriptions Influence Ad Creation

The product and brand descriptions serve as the foundation for various elements of the generated ads:

  1. Actor Dialogue: The way actors speak about your product in the Ad is directly influenced by the details and specifications in the descriptions.

  2. Ad Copy: The text that appears in the Ad, whether spoken or written, is also derived from the information in the Brand Settings page.

  3. Overall Ad Tone: Details and specific words help shape the general tone and style of the generated Ads.

To illustrate this impact, we've included examples where we use different descriptions for the same brands:

Billie

Product Description A

The Billie Razor Starter Set includes a high-quality razor with five ultra-smooth blades and an ergonomic handle for a comfortable grip. It comes with a magnetic holder for convenient storage, all packaged in the iconic Billie branded box.

You can see now how varying the product description can result in distinctly different Ads, even for the same brand.

Editing Descriptions

We feel pretty confident about what we know about your brand and product 😉, but we want you to have control over your Ad generation, so you can now edit the brand and product descriptions yourself.

By editing your descriptions, you can:

  • Fine-tune the information that the system uses, allowing for more personalized and accurate Ad generation.

  • Highlight specific product features you want to emphasize

  • Adjust the tone to better match your brand voice

  • Ensure the most up-to-date information is used in your Ads

  • Experiment with different description styles to see their impact on Ad generation

Remember, the quality and detail of your descriptions directly correlate with the relevance and effectiveness of your generated ads!

How to edit your Brand Settings

Any information you change in the Brand Settings will be used on all future Ads.

These changes are not applied retroactively.

Go to the menu on your profile badge, and click on Brand Settings

Once on your Brand Settings, change the descriptions and submit your changes

Congratulations!! The new information will be used on all the future Ads the system generates after you update the descriptions!
