How do I upload my business logo?
Go to Website > Settings > Logo & icons.
Under Logo, click the Choose file button to upload your logo from your computer. We highly recommend that you source a high quality version of your logo from your graphic designer with a transparent background (ideally a PNG file). If you're having trouble with your logo, please contact us.
Click Update to save.
Click the grey eye icon in the top right corner to preview your website with logo in situ.

How do I make my logo bigger?
We set a maximum size, so your logo fits correctly into your chosen design. Sometimes your logo might look very small. Things to check:
Does your logo have any spacing around it? If so, make sure you crop it to remove any blank space. We handle the padding around the logo for you.
Does the theme you've chosen suit your logo? Perhaps choose a different theme which has a bit more space for bigger logos.
One thing to keep in mind is that your logo will need to fit on a mobile screen, so big banner-sized logos aren't a good idea.

Why does my logo has a strange black outline around it?
Sometimes logos with transparent backgrounds can resample incorrectly when resized. In order to fix this, your graphic designer should export as a transparent PNG with anti-aliasing set to none. Here's a screenshot of a logo being exported in Adobe Illustrator.
What is a header image logo?
A header image logo is an alternative logo that you can use if you are using header images on the website. This alternative logo will usually be a lighter (whiter) version of your logo and will show up against the header image. For more info on header images, click here.

What is a favicon?
A favicon is a small icon that will appear in the address bar when people are looking at your website. When you visit www.airsquare.com, you can see the tiny Airsquare logo in the address bar, just before the web address; that’s our wee favicon.
A favicon gives your web address a clear identity and will appear when people bookmark or ‘favourite’ your website.
How do I upload a favicon?
Go to Website > Settings > Logo & icons.
Under Favourite Icon, click the Choose file button to upload it.
Click Update to save.
How do I upload a Preview image for Facebook?
Go to Website > Settings > Logo & icons.
Under Preview image for Facebook, click Choose file (ensure the image is at least 200 x 200 pixels wide).
Click Update at the bottom of the page to save.
