Invoices in the name of Airvat
Updated over 5 months ago

You must ask the store to issue a business invoice (or “facture” in French) in the name of Airvat before making a purchase.

The information required to issue invoices for each of our operating countries is listed below.

France

Airvat EURL

10 rue de Penthièvre,

75008, Paris

SIRET 90084709600014 (optional information)

TVA FR 50900847096 (optional information)

Belgium

Airvat EURL

10 rue de Penthièvre,

75008, Paris

TVA BE 1013708792

Northern Ireland (UK)

Airvat ltd

20-22 Wenlock Road,

London, N1 7GU, UK

VAT 312092250

Use the invoice request screen in the app to help you communicate the details to the sales assistant

To avoid confusing the sales assistant, do not:

  • show your passport,

  • ask for the shop’s own VAT refund form, or

  • mention “tax-free / VAT refnd”

Instead, simply ask: “Please could I have a ‘facture’ / invoice ?” and show the in-app invoice request screen.

Notes:

You do not have to provide any justification when you request an invoice. Shops have a legal obligation to issue an invoice if requested.

Most shops will be able to issue an invoice instantly at the checkout by entering Airvat’s company details into their cash register system.

We strongly recommend asking the shop assistant for the invoice before making a purchase to avoid any disappointment after you have made a payment.

For some luxury stores where a customer account is required for each purchase, request to create a new account with your first and last name alongside the name and address of Airvat.

Your name can also appear alongside Airvat’s name and address for product warranty or insurance purposes,

Example:

John Smith Airvat EURL

10 rue de Penthièvre,

75008, Paris

If an email is required, please give yours, and transfer us the invoice, as otherwise, we can not match it with the right Airvat account.
