How to add new staff?
Now that you have set up the company profile, it is time to add people. You can add new staff individually or by sending them invitations via the portal to invite them to join themselves.
In the main menu, hover over “Staff” and then click on “Add New Staff”.
If you are on the staff list page, you can create a new staff by clicking on the “Create New Staff” button.
2. The first step is to add “Staff Details”. Fill in the first name, last name, email, and position. You can choose whether this person will have access to the staff portal. To give access, turn on “Access Staff Portal” and then click on “Next”.
3. The next step is to add the contact details by entering the phone number and address details. When you are done, click on “Next”.
4. In the third step, insert personal details like gender, DOB, city of birth, etc.
5. In this step, you can review the information added. If everything looks good, click on “Finish” or else click on “Previous” to edit the information. Clicking on finish will take you to the staff's list.
You have successfully added a new staff. You should see the newly added staff in the staff list. To edit or delete staff details, click on the “Actions” button dropdown and choose your desired action.
Adding subcontractors
To add subcontractors, you need to follow the same instructions. Hover over “Staff” in the main menu and click on “Add New Sub Contractor”. Fill in the necessary details in each step. Once done, click on “Finish”.
Add staff via invite
Another way to add staff is to send them email invitations inviting them to join. All they have to do then is accept the invite in the email they receive, log in, fill in their details, and voilà — you have a new employee!
It is recommended to do a test invitation using a spare email address yourself as an admin first to ensure that everything is working as expected. It is also important for you to understand the process so that you can assist your employees if needed.
To send an invitation, follow these steps:
From the staff menu drop-down, click on “Invitations”.
2. On the invitations page, click “Invite Staff”.
3. Insert Staff Email and a Message. Click “Invite”.

You can invite more than one person by inserting multiple emails separated by a comma in the email field.
You can view the sent invitations and whether they have been accepted on the Invitations page.
