Giving portal access to a client contact person

Ajeero has a separate client portal for your clients to log in and see all the events and shifts in their locations.

Once you have added your clients and their locations into the system, you can add the contact persons connected to the locations. Please read more about How to add new contact persons.

You can give access to the client portal when you are adding a new contact person, or you can also give it to an already added person by editing their information.

Giving Access to New Contact Person

When adding a new contact person, you can give access to the client portal by turning on “access portal”. To give access to the client portal, you have to insert additional information to create an account for this contact person.

When you switch on “Access Portal”, a new form will appear at the bottom.

Insert a username, enter a password, or tick the checkbox Set Random Password to auto-generate a password.

Tick the checkbox “Should change password on next login” if you want the contact person to change his password immediately after login.

Giving Access to Existing Contact

To give client portal access to existing contact persons, go to the contact person section on the client profile.

In the contact person list, simply click on the Actions button at the end of the person’s row and select Edit. Switch on “access portal” and fill out the account details.

The person will receive an email with login details and a verification link. The contact person cannot log in unless the email is verified.
